Knife Sharpening Service

Knives are some of the most important tools in the kitchen, but they’re not effective or safe unless the edge is honed to a fine sharpness.

We sharpen straight edge knives using a cold stone water wheel to restore a fine, sharp edge. Please note: no bread knives or scissors.

From 18th May 2026, our knife sharpening service will change from a same-day service (Balcatta store) to an overnight service.

Then from the 1st June 2026, knife sharpening will operate as a home-based drop off pick up service in Currambine.
